New: Qualification Versioning

🎉We are introducing a new way to create new versions of qualifications in the system!🎉

As qualifications need to be updated, new versions emerge that must be linked to the previous version with the qualification matrix information and the type of relationship with the previous qualification, and you must adjust which workers should obtain this new qualification version.

Based on this, we listened to you and created the Qualification Versioning Assistant, where, right on the Qualifications screen, you can assign the new version of a qualification the characteristics of the previous version’s qualification, and thereby reduce the time needed to update versions.

This feature is already active in Drake and, to use it, your profile only needs to have the permission and you must be able to access the Qualifications screen.
